Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Blafband.nu and to every agreement concluded between Blafband.nu and the consumer.

2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer

1. The products offered are described clearly and truthfully.

2. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

Article 4 – The Agreement

1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

2. After placing the order, the consumer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Article 5 – Prices

1. The prices listed on Blafband.nu include VAT and exclude any shipping costs.

2. Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

Article 6 – Delivery

1. Orders are shipped within one working day via PostNL.

2. The delivery time is usually 1 working day, unless otherwise stated.

3. If delivery is delayed or can only be partially carried out, the consumer will receive timely notification.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal / Returns

1. The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The withdrawal period commences on the day after receipt of the product.

3. Returns are only possible if the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

4. If the product has been opened or used, depreciation may apply.

5. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless Blafband.nu is at fault.

Article 8 – Warranty and conformity

1. Blafband.nu guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Blafband.nu within a reasonable period via info@blafband.nu

2. Blafband.nu aims to handle complaints within 2 working days.

Article 10 – Liability

1. Blafband.nu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

2. Blafband.nu's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Article 11 – Applicable law

1. All agreements between Blafband.nu and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the consumer resides.
